Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder
and stall assistant. Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable
prices.

Open to Halal and non-halal stallholders.

Individual stallholders and business entities are invited to apply for
this stall.

Ability to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices.

Ability to provide cooked food that complies with the health/nutritional
standards set by the Health Promotion Board under
the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines.

Must be healthy and fit to operate the stall in personal attendance at
the stall during operation hours.

Preferably have catering experience or experience operating in a school
environment.

Applicant must abide by the rules and regulations set by the school.

Applicant and assistant must have completed the Basic Food Hygiene Course
conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore's accredited training providers and
then apply for a Food Stall License from the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

Photocopy of relevant certificates such as SFA licence for the existing
business, etc

Food Safety Course Level 1 for employees (To be submitted prior to the
date of work commencement at the Stall)

School’s General Office by the closing date.

Stall assistant(s) may be a SC, SPR or a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or
LTVP-Plus holder with Letter of Consent to work.

Able to provide cooked food/drinks that meets the health / nutritional
standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals
in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (see link).

Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene. This
includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines.

Healthy and fit to operate the stall.

Must be in personal attendance at the stall.

Note to successful applicants:
-
Successful applicant and stall assistant(s)/ employee(s) operating the
stall must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 conducted by
SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers.

Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from
Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to operate the stall.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
