In the Xinmin Volleyball Team, we place the highest importance on discipline, teamwork, determination, and drive. These values resonate throughout our team, influencing everyone from coaches and teachers to each player, shaping our pursuit of sporting excellence.

Beyond skill and strategy, we embody the spirit of friendship and solidarity that unites us both on and off the court. We believe in the power of collective effort: as a team member, it’s not about being the best individually, but about doing your best for the team. Every success reflects the hard work and dedication of our coaches, teachers, and players. Together, we strive for greatness.

Leadership Development:

Our CCA leaders play a crucial role in shaping the team’s journey. They enhance their leadership skills by guiding the team through warm-ups, gym sessions, training, competitions, and debriefs. They also lead various events such as Open House, CCA Orientation, and Sec 1 Team Bonding.
