Advertisement for Halal Muslim Stall at Xinmin Secondary School

We are seeking applicants interested in operating a Halal Muslim Stall (open to all cuisines, e.g. Malay, Indian, Thai, Korean) at Xinmin Secondary School, located at 11 Hougang Ave 8, Singapore 538789.

Requirements

  • Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder and stall assistant. Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices.

  • Ability to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices.

  • Ability to provide cooked food that complies with the health/nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines.

  • Must be healthy and fit to operate the stall in personal attendance at the stall during operation hours.

  • Preferably have catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

  • Applicant must abide by the rules and regulations set by the school.

  • Applicant and assistant must have completed the Basic Food Hygiene Course conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore's accredited training providers and then apply for a Food Stall License from the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
